Returns and Exchanges

1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@tapeazy.io with your order details and reason for the return.
3. We may require photographic evidence of the issue for our records.
4. Once we approve the return or exchange, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase.
2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Returns without the original packaging or missing components will not be accepted.
4. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
2. Please allow 4 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

2. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
